General Play Policies
Socks are required for everyone entering the play floor, including both adults and children.
Outside parties, including gifts, cakes/cupcakes, decorations, or celebrations not booked through Little Monkey Bizness, are not permitted inside the café or facility at any time.
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times unless participating in an approved drop-off style program or event.
Outside drinks are not permitted
Guests play at their own risk and signed waivers are required for all participants.
Aggressive behavior, rough play, bullying, climbing on exterior structures, or other unsafe conduct may result in removal from the facility without refund.
Sick children should remain home. Management reserves the right to deny entry to visibly ill guests.
Capacity limits may apply during peak times.
Waivers & Liability
Parents/guardians assume all risks associated with active indoor play and participation in activities.
Little Monkey Bizness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Parents/guardians may be financially responsible for intentional damage to equipment, furnishings, or facilities.
Promotions, Discounts & Gift Cards
Only one coupon, discount, or promotional offer may be used per family per day unless otherwise stated.
Return Visit point redemption may not be combined with other offers or discounts.
Punch Cards:
Valid for the age range listed on the card
May be used for multiple children within the same household
Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions
Gift cards may not be redeemed toward birthday parties, Parents’ Night Out, seasonal camps, Marco’s/Blackjack Pizza purchases, or select specialty events unless specifically stated.
Promotional pricing or party discount codes are valid only during the specified promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively to existing bookings.
Birthday Parties & Private Events
A deposit is required to reserve birthday parties and private events.
Promotions and discounts cannot be combined.
Late arrivals do not extend reserved party times.
Outside food policies apply and additional fees may be charged for unauthorized food items or party setups.
Camps, Parents Night Out & Drop-Off Programs
Children attending drop-off style programs must be fully potty trained.
Parents/guardians must remain reachable at all times during participation.
Emergency contact information and relevant medical or allergy information must be provided before participation.
Management reserves the right to request early pickup for unsafe, disruptive, or aggressive behavior.
Membership Terms
Memberships automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Memberships are non-transferable and only for approved household members.
Membership benefits apply only while membership remains active and in good standing.
No refunds or prorated refunds will be issued for unused membership time.
Refunds & Credits
Admissions, event tickets, memberships, deposits, and specialty event registrations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Store credits or rescheduling options may be offered at management discretion.
No refunds will be issued for missed visits, illness, scheduling conflicts, or voluntary early departures.
Photos & Media
By entering the facility, guests acknowledge that photos or videos may be taken for marketing, social media, advertising, or website purposes.
Guests who do not wish to appear in promotional materials should notify management in writing prior to participation.
Website & Online Booking
Pricing, promotions, hours, policies, and availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability at any time.
Safety & Facility Rules
No smoking, vaping, alcohol, weapons, or illegal substances are permitted on the premises.
Guests must follow all posted rules and staff instructions at all times.
Children must use equipment only as intended.
